키돌이의 배달 익스프레스 개인정보 처리방침
검은곰(이하 "운영자")은 게임 「키돌이의 배달 익스프레스」(이하 "게임")를 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키고, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 게임은 앱인토스(토스 앱 안의 미니앱), Google Play, App Store로 제공되며, 각 판은 진행과 구매를 서로 공유하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
운영자는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 같은 연락처나 신원 정보를 받지 않습니다. 게임을 운영하는 데 필요한 아래 정보만 처리합니다.

서버에 접속하면 접속 IP 주소와 요청 시각 같은 기록이 서버 제공업체(Cloudflare)에 자동으로 생성될 수 있습니다. 게임은 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 언어 설정과 진행 기록은 기기 저장소에 둡니다.
2. 보유 기간과 파기
- 앱인토스판 서버 저장 기록: 이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 서비스가 끝날 때까지 보관하고, 그 뒤 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 사용자 식별키 확인 기록은 24시간 뒤 만료됩니다.
- 기기 저장 기록: 이용자의 기기에만 있으며, 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
- Google Play 게임, iCloud에 백업한 기록: 이용자 본인의 계정에 있으며, 각 서비스의 설정에서 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 전자 기록은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
3. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
운영자는 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 게임 운영을 위해 아래 사업자의 서비스를 이용합니다.

4. 국외 이전
위 표의 Cloudflare, Google, Apple은 미국 등 국외에 서버를 둔 사업자입니다. 앱인토스판의 진행 기록과 변환된 식별값은 저장할 때마다 네트워크로 Cloudflare의 서버(전 세계 데이터센터)로 전송되어 위 보유 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 스토어판의 광고 정보는 광고를 불러올 때 Google로, 백업은 이용자가 로그인한 Google Play 게임 또는 iCloud로 전송됩니다. 백업을 원하지 않으면 Google Play 게임 또는 iCloud에 로그인하지 않으면 되며, 이 경우 진행은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 광고 정보 전송을 원하지 않으면 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 이메일로 요청하면 본인 확인에 필요한 방법을 안내하고 지체 없이 처리합니다. 게임 설정의 "처음부터 다시 시작"으로 진행을 새로 시작할 수도 있습니다.
6. 만 14세 미만 이용자
게임은 이름이나 연락처처럼 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 받지 않습니다. 스토어판 광고는 연령에 맞게 제한된(최대 PG 등급) 비개인화 광고만 요청합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)합니다.
- 앱인토스 사용자 식별키는 원래 값을 저장하지 않고, 비밀 값으로 변환한 값만 저장합니다.
- 서버 접근 권한은 운영자로 한정합니다.

Kidori's Delivery Express Privacy Policy
검은곰 (Geomeungom, "we") provides the game Kidori's Delivery Express on Apps in Toss (a mini app inside the Toss app), Google Play and the App Store. The three versions do not share progress or purchases. This policy explains what we process.
1. What we process and why
We do not collect your name, phone number, email address or other contact or identity details.
- Apps in Toss: the user key Toss issues to the game (our server stores only a keyed hash of it), your game progress (balance, equipment, story progress, settings) and save times, so your progress follows you to a new phone; your happy-ending score for the Toss leaderboard; and gameplay events sent to Toss's analytics to improve the game.
- Google Play and App Store: game progress and a random ID used only on your device, kept on the device and never sent to us.
- Google Play: game progress backed up to "Saved Games" of the Google Play Games account you sign in with.
- App Store: game progress backed up to your iCloud (key-value storage).
- Google Play and App Store ads: Google AdMob collects the advertising ID, device information (model, OS version), IP address and ad impressions and clicks to show the top banner. We request non-personalized ads only.
Connecting to our server may create access logs (IP address, request time) at our hosting provider, Cloudflare. The game uses no cookies.
2. Retention and deletion
- Apps in Toss server saves are kept until you ask us to delete them or the service ends. Key verification records expire after 24 hours.
- On-device saves stay on your device and are removed with the app.
- Backups in Google Play Games or iCloud are in your own account; you can delete them in those services' settings.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or share your information. We use Viva Republica (Toss) for the platform, user keys, leaderboard and analytics; Cloudflare, Inc. to host the save server and this page; Google LLC for AdMob and Play Games saved games; and Apple Inc. for iCloud storage.
4. Transfers abroad
Cloudflare, Google and Apple store data on servers outside Korea, including in the United States. Apps in Toss saves are sent to Cloudflare each time the game saves. If you do not want cloud backups, do not sign in to Google Play Games or iCloud; progress then stays on your device. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information at any time by emailing us. "Start over" in the game's settings also begins a new career.
6. Children
We do not collect information that identifies a player. Store versions request non-personalized ads limited to a PG content rating.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, Toss user keys are stored only as keyed hashes, and server access is limited to us.

검은곰（以下「運営者」）は、ゲーム「キドリのデリバリーエクスプレス」をApps in Toss（Tossアプリ内のミニアプリ）、Google Play、App Storeで提供しています。 各バージョン間で進行状況や購入は共有されません。本ポリシーは運営者が取り扱う情報について説明します。
1. 取り扱う情報と目的
運営者は、氏名・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの連絡先や身元情報を収集しません。
- Apps in Toss：Tossがゲームに発行するユーザー識別キー（サーバーには変換後の値のみ保存）、ゲームの進行状況（所持金、装備、ストーリー、設定）と保存時刻（機種変更後も続きから遊ぶため）、Tossのリーダーボード用のハッピーエンドのスコア、ゲーム改善のためにTossの分析機能へ送る操作イベント。
- Google Play・App Store：端末内でのみ使う進行状況とランダムな識別値（運営者には送信しません）。
- Google Play：ログイン中のGoogle Play Gamesアカウントの「保存済みゲーム」へのバックアップ。
- App Store：iCloud（キー値ストレージ）へのバックアップ。
- Google Play・App Storeの広告：画面上部のバナー広告のため、Google AdMobが広告ID、端末情報（機種、OSバージョン）、IPアドレス、広告の表示・クリック記録を収集します。パーソナライズされていない広告のみをリクエストします。
サーバーへの接続時、ホスティング事業者（Cloudflare）にIPアドレスやリクエスト時刻などのアクセス記録が作成される場合があります。Cookieは使用しません。
2. 保存期間と削除
- Apps in Tossのサーバー保存データは、削除の依頼またはサービス終了まで保管します。識別キーの確認記録は24時間で失効します。
- 端末内のデータはアプリの削除とともに消えます。
- Google Play GamesやiCloudのバックアップはご本人のアカウントにあり、各サービスの設定で削除できます。
3. 第三者提供と委託
運営者は情報を販売・提供しません。プラットフォーム・識別キー・リーダーボード・分析にViva Republica（Toss）、保存サーバーと本ページのホスティングにCloudflare, Inc.、AdMobとPlay Gamesの保存済みゲームにGoogle LLC、iCloudにApple Inc.を利用しています。
4. 国外移転
Cloudflare、Google、Appleは米国など国外にサーバーを置いています。Apps in Tossの進行データは保存のたびにCloudflareへ送信されます。クラウドへのバックアップを望まない場合はGoogle Play GamesやiCloudにログインしないでください（端末内にのみ保存されます）。広告IDは端末の設定で削除またはリセットできます。
5. 利用者の権利
情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止は、下記メールでいつでも依頼できます。ゲーム設定の「最初からやり直す」でも新しく始められます。
6. 子どもの利用
プレイヤーを特定できる情報は収集しません。ストア版の広告は、PGレーティングまでに制限した非パーソナライズ広告のみをリクエストします。
7. 安全管理措置
すべての通信をHTTPSで暗号化し、Tossの識別キーは変換後の値のみを保存し、サーバーへのアクセスは運営者に限定しています。
